Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your purchase is completed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Let Them Look is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been shipped, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed or appears lost, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number. We are happy to assist if additional help is needed.
