Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Let Them Look. We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not perfectly satisfied, we’re here to help.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in the original packaging with all tags still attached.

Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (usually 5-10 business days).

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Sale or clearance items.

Intimates, swimwear, or earrings (for hygiene reasons).

Gift cards.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
